Set up your information/merchant booth at the Pride Picnic
Application Details
To submit your information for review, you may start the online application We have six spaces available (indoors only) that will allow for 6x3 table and chairs.
Deadline to apply: May 23, 2026 (*or as long as spaces are available)

Arc Isle Recreation and Event Center 203 Lookout Point, Hot Springs, AR 71913
Vendor Fee: $20
Once approved, payment is required within 5 days to reserve your space.
– You may pay your fee by check or card (we will send you an invoice)
– Please note that vendor spaces are available first-come, first-served, and all applications are subject to approval.
– Vendors will be located indoors in the facility at Arc Isle.
– We do not supply structures such as canopies, tents, shelters, displays, extension cords, tables, chairs, or other equipment or hardware – these must be provided by vendor.
– Musicians and buskers are exempt from vendor fees but must still apply. All musicians who apply will be scheduled to play in blocks outside the building. You are welcome to collect donations and tips.
– We love to promote our vendors! Please share any official URLS's used to advertise your business.
