Queer spirituality is about integrating our queer identity with our understanding of the divine. It's a movement that allows LGBTQ+ people to explore their faith (or lack of faith!) and reclaim their identity as perfect human beings in an imperfect world. Join us for an opportunity to speak with other travelers on this earthly journey and perhaps heal the wounds religion has inflicted. Those interested should contact Pat Farnan for more information.
Part of the core mission of the Network is to offer educational services to the community. One of the ways we do this is providing vetted guest speakers to speak at gatherings on topics of interest to the community. This program has been very popular and we have had a variety of guest speakers come and speak once a month to the community at large on a variety of topics, from the work being done to fight the HIV/AIDS epidemic at the Tuggle Clinic, political developments concerning Arkansans by both activists and political candidates, the history of many attractions in Hot Springs National Park by Park Rangers, and more. We schedule guest speakers once every quarter. Interested parties, those wishing to speak or volunteer to help should contact Bob Loos for more information To stay up to date please subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on social media, and check our events calendar.

Safe Space Dinner began as a small monthly tradition among a few gay men, providing a space to gather, share a meal, and connect. Over time, it grew into the Hot Springs Pride Supper Club, attracting more members from across the LGBTQ+ community and beyond. As the event became even more popular and inclusive, it was officially made part of the Hot Springs LGBTQ+ Community Network’s programming and rechristened "Safe Space Dinner." Now held on the second Saturday of every month at 6:00 PM, Safe Space Dinner continues to provide a welcoming, affirming, and inclusive environment for all. The location varies, so we encourage you to stay updated by subscribing to our Newsletter, following us on social media, and checking our Events Calendar.
The Blessing Box Project is a vital community initiative that has placed over seven boxes throughout the greater Hot Springs area, providing food and hygiene items to those in need. These take-what-you-need, leave-what-you-can boxes offer a convenient and discreet way for individuals facing hardship to access essential resources, while also giving the community an opportunity to support one another. The Hot Springs LGBTQ+ Community Network is proud to partner with the Blessing Box Project by collecting food and hygiene items through our quarterly Joint Efforts event. We also encourage our members and the wider community to donate directly to the Blessing Boxes whenever possible. By working together, we can help ensure that no one in our community goes without the basic necessities they deserve. For more information on how to contribute, contact Tim Looper.
