Mission Statement
The mission of the Hot Springs LGBTQ+ Community Network is to build a diverse and inclusive community supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in the Hot Springs and surrounding areas by providing a directory of resources and service information, fostering an inter-connectedness within the community by facilitating social activities and volunteer opportunities, as well as peer support and education.
Our History
Founded in 2023, Hot Springs LGBTQ+ Community Network is dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community in and around Hot Springs, Arkansas. Our organization started as a grassroots movement and in a short time has grown and evolved, but our commitment to creating a better world for LGBTQ+ individuals remains the same. From a handful of members wanting to make a difference we have grown into a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving our community.
Our Vision
The Hot Springs LGBTQ+ Community Network, envisions a world where all LGBTQ+ individuals are free to be themselves and live without fear of discrimination or prejudice. We strive to create a society that is truly inclusive and accepting of all people. Whether you're lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or even an ally, we work to serve you and hope you will join us as we work together to bring education, outreach, and social programs to the forefront while also working with local business and other nonprofits to improve the lives of the community we serve.
